A 1926 Historical Craftsman Bungalow - This was a Sears Catalog Craftsman Bungalow in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood of St. Petersburg. After many years of neglect, QHR took this two family, dilapidated home and brought it back to its original splendor as a single family home. The entire floor plan had to be reworked and the rear 20 feet was demolished and rebuilt with a pool added. This home after the remodel was voted home of the month in St. Petersburg and was also featured in the historical bungalow home tour.
