This historic Mediterranean charmer was deceiving! It had extensive termite damage and wood rot both inside and out but none of this was evident superficially. Most of of the original structural elements had to be replaced before any work could begin. There were stages in this project when entire exterior walls were missing. The whole house was remodeled both inside and out. High impact energy efficient windows were installed. The transformation was unbelievable and QHR replicated the old world charm seamlessly.
